Together with Jen Butler, I visited Dennis and Margaret Oates in Bridgewater, who showed me some of the nutritious frozen meals that have been made by the Waterbridge Food Co-op.

This is a fantastic initiative making healthy food more affordable and accessible for people in the suburbs of Bridgewater, Gagebrook and Herdsmans Cove.
