Today is World Ovarian Cancer Day. Around 1,500 Australian women a year will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
A key message that Ovarian Cancer Australia is trying to convey is that it’s time to ‘ovary act’. There is no early detection test for ovarian cancer, so all women need to learn to recognise the signs and symptoms.
