Starting in 2003 as a campaign encouraging people to check on their neighbour, Neighbour Day encourages Australians to form social connections to help overcome loneliness across our communities.

On this 20th anniversary of Neighbour Day, making social connections is more important than ever as we deal with the aftermath of the past two years of isolation brought about by the COViD pandemic.
